We should ship a few pre-defined templates for different server types. This would greatly ease setup for our customers, especially those new to load/perf.

The exact counters for each would need some research, but the templates might look like:

Web Front End
* Preselect  CPU, memory usage, cache

App Tier
* CPU, memory, disk

DB
* CPU, memory, disk, whatever SQL counters would be appropriate
