Unable to handle a fileupload dialog in a different language
Test Studio records a Handle 'Generic' dialog step instead of Fileupload dialog, however during the playback it cannot detect it.

Manually added Handle 'FileUpload' dialog step cannot detect it also.

The fix will be included in our next official 2013 R1 release expected near the end of July.
