After upgrading project from 1204 to 1420, multiple IE windows open without any user interaction when solution is loaded in Visual Studio 2012

Using Visual Studio 2012 to load project solution causes IE windows to keep opening. Issue is only apparent after having upgraded project from 2012.2.1204 to 2012.2.1420.

The behavior can be seen irregardless of any interaction from the user. Sometimes these IE windows close on their own, sometimes they remain open.

Telerik: This is new functionality in VS2012 introduced by MS. The problem is that in VS2012 there is an option in Test Explorer to Run All Tests After Build (see attachment), which is turned on and upon building solution it tries to run all tests in it. It is not observed in previous Test Studio builds, because we implemented a lot of improvements in Test Explorer in VS2012 in latest build, which made this behavior more obvious. Please turn off the option to fix the unexpected behavior.
