Cannot find external dll during the quick execution in VS2012 
When a test that is using an external dll is executed in quick execution the dll cannot be found.

As a workaround in this case is to execute the test with MSTest runner from Test Explorer in Visual Studio.

It is 2012.2.1420.0 (typo in the prev comment)

This still exists with latest release 2012.2.1429.0

The problem is addressed for the 2012 R2 SP2 release to be released later today or tomorrow.
