Test Studio records Generic dialog step for a Confirm dialog when the dialog title is in different language 
When the Confirm dialog title is written in Czech(Zpráva z webové stránky), Test Studio records a Generic dialog handler step and fails to handle the dialog in Firefox and Chrome.

The issue is fixed and the fix will be included in our next official 2013 R1 release expected near the end of July.
