Add support for Playlists for Visual Studio 2012 Update 2 
Add Test Studio tests to Visual Studio 2012 Update 2 test playlists.

Update:  Command to add a test to a playlist is available in the context menu of every test in the Test Explorer.

There is apparently a new tool available to convert existing VS2010 test lists to playlists:

I haven't played with it yet to say how well it works.  I am also not sure how one would add new tests to a playlist.  Perhaps others can comment if they have tried it out ...
