Enable TS logging during error display.

Currently when the logging is disabled errors are not visible and the enable/view logging func. is not clearly visible to the non-TestStudio user. 

As a feature request it might be better in some cases to ask the user to enable logging without having to go Help tab -> Logging with the option to never show this dialog again.
