Disable pagination on insert Test as Step dialog and Test Results panel of Test Runs

This isn't a huge deal, but I personally would find it easier to scroll rather than click the next page button multiple times, but only if it doesn't slow down the tool performance.

Hi guys,

One of the main targets of the upcoming 2013 R1 Test Studio Desktop release is to address application performance troubles loading a bunch of unnecessary data into memory and slowing down project load. With that in works we can finally get rid of those pagers.

Agreed on the pagination although I just use the Search box most of the time.

Another point that would make the dialogue better is to make double clicking a test select it and close the dialogue (add the test). I find myself doing that all the time!
