Add notes and attachments in "Step Failure Details" of a manual test step

Currently when a manual test step fails, into "Step Failure Details" it appears only "Step was marked as failed" without any notes or attachments.

Please prioritize this fix.  This gap in functionality makes the manual test results less valuable and this product a less effective tool as an overall solution.
