When clearing a required parameter value in the ComboBox editor, the Preview displays the report with the old/cleared value
HTML5 Report Viewer: Manually clearing a required ComboBox parameter leaves its old value in place, so a change to another parameter re-enables Preview, and the report runs with the cleared old value.
