An exception is thrown when there are referenced assemblies with no strong name sign (public key)
In the latest version (19.2.25.924), adding assembly references for assemblies with no public key raised the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", and the designer restarts. This error then occurs every time I open the designer, with Options => Assembly References no longer visible.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to let you know that we will be releasing a new version (hopefully by the end of this week) that includes a fix for this issue, as well as several other bug fixes. The needed changes have already been made and are currently going through testing by our QAs.

Regards,
Petar
