If you have a .NET project, please use Telerik NuGet packages and set their version to the one mentioned above, or an older version.
If you have .NET Framework project, I would again advise using the Telerik NuGet packages, but if you are using assembly references, try running our upgrade wizard tool, which, despite its name, can be used to both upgrade and downgrade the Telerik version in the project.
In both cases, please ensure that the assemblies are of the desired version after the changes by inspecting the bin folder or using the Modules window of Visual Studio to see what assemblies are loaded.
If you would like to instead use an internal build with the fix, please open up a support ticket, and I can send you the build there, but I advise using our official versions instead for better overall stability.
We have already fixed the issue in our code, and the fix will be live with the next release. In the meantime, you can revert to the previous version, or you can open a support ticket where I can send you an internal build with the bug fix.
