Allow adding custom headers to requests from the report viewers that use Reporting REST Service

Currently, the desktop viewers don't allow adding custom headers to their requests to the service.
In HTML5-based web viewers, this is possible through the AjaxPrefilter event.

Would be useful for proxy authentication headers.

Could you update the scheduled release?  It currently says 2023 R3.
