Localize the message when there is not significant content

Currently, if the SkipBlankPages property is set to True and there is not any significant content in the report, the following message will be displayed in the designer and the viewer: The current data set presented in the report did not produce any significant content, so no pages were generated. If you need to see the whole report content, including blank pages, please contact the report author.

It would be nice if it can be localized in the viewers.

Hello Kevin,

There is also a workaround for getting a custom no-data message for the report - How to display 'No Data' message for Reports and Subreports - Telerik Reporting.

I would also like to be able to set a custom message on the report.
Being able to do so would, at minimum, allow me to implement my own localization.

This link indicates this can be done in the case of tables etc, but not on the report itself.
