Option to open the Standalone Designer in Full Screen or not

Please, add an option in the Standalone designer which will allow the user to select if the designer will be opened in full-screen mode or not.

Hello Melvin,

Thank you for the additional feedback. I discussed it with one of our developers and we will add an option in Standalone designer that determines whether the application will be started with Maximized WindowState or not.

Just an FYI for whoever reviews these feature requests.

I would like to change the request to this:

Instead of always opening maximized, allow Windows to manage the size and position of the main window.

This is the way every other development program on my system works. We don't need an option. Just change the FormWindowState property to Normal instead of what it is now "Maximized".

I have the same setup as Heiko - so when the designer starts up, it's a bit annoying to have to resize it to normal window.

Or better yet, just allow Windows to manage the placement of the window like it does for all other programs.

I can only agree to that. I have a very large screen with 3840 x 1600 pixels and it is very annoying that the standalone designer always opens in full screen mode, it can hardly be used. I am also sure that many developers have a very large, wide monitor so it would be very nice if you didn't always have to shrink the window first.
