Allow setting defaults for the standalone designer

Hi,

The standalone report designer needs config settings for

  • Default Font Name
  • Default Font Size
  • Default Font Color
  • Default Page Settings
    • Margins
    • Unit of Measure
  • Snap To Grid

I find that I have to set each of these for every report. 

Please add these,

Indeed custom report templates cover this functionality completely. If there is other scenario not covered please write here to reopen the discussion.

Hello Karl,

The Standalone Report Designer supports custom Report Templates. Thus my suggestion is to create a custom report template with predefined properties. About the style properties consider using external style sheet as this is more flexible approach when change is required for all of reports.
