Hello sumit,

The printing from our online demos works as expected on our end. We cannot reproduce the error locally. Does it occur consistently, or sporadically? Can it be related to a particular machine, or is reproducible on multiple machines.

One of them is ERR_CACHE_MISS. This error is much more common in desktop browsers, mainly Google Chrome. The failure creates a sense of utter confusion in the users because of their inability to fix it.

Hi Kelly,

We have fixed the print error in the latest release and changed the viewer printing behavior to show the PDF document for printing in another tab. However we have postponed the demo site update due to technical difficulties. Now the demos are updated so give it a try and if you experience an error again consider clearing the browser cache.

Peter
