Hi,

Telerik Reporting provides two types of designers (Visual Studio Report Designer and Standalone Report Designer) that can be used to create the report definition. Both report authoring environments include features such as WYSIWYG report design surface, enhanced support for expressions and wizards for creating graphs, maps, crosstabs, tables, band, and label reports. Define interactive features such as parameters, bookmarks, drillthrough and drilldown actions.

You might take advantage of our Standalone Designer which is a standalone desktop (WinForms) application.
