WPF Viewer parameters' area is hidden when there is an error while fetching Parameter AvailableValues
If the command for fetching Report Parameter AvailableVlues times out, the WPF Viewer freezes with hidden parameters' area, i.e. it is not possible to enter other values and the application needs to be restarted.
