Introduce support for StackExchange.Redis v2.0

With the recent release of StackExchange.Redis v2.0 there are HARD BREAK changes. I would like Telerik Reporting to work also with this version.

Are there any updates on this? We are not able to get Reporting Services AspNetCore 17.2.23.1010 to work with StackExchange.Redis 2.6.96.
