Rename Report Parameters

When the Name of a Report Parameter is changed, all references to it should be automatically change.

Coming from Crystal Reports this feature is greatly missed.

I would like to see renaming a Calculated Field work the same way. Wherever the field gets used in the report, it gets automatically renamed.
