provide option to set the compression of REST service responses
In some scenarios it might be useful to alter the compression of the responses returned by Reporting REST service.

Compressing responses sent from the REST service can be done by adding a compression handler.
However, there's currently no way to receive a compressed response to the WPF client (and possibly other clients). This would be good to add, as some WPF reports can get large and compress well (possibly by 90%).
