We have fixed a similar issue regarding HTML5 Report Viewer in our latest R2 2017 R1 release, you could check the release history at the following link: http://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/reporting/release-history/telerik-reporting-r2-2017-sp1-(version-11-1-17-614) , so I'd recommend that you upgrade Telerik Reporting to that version.
If this doesn't help, please open a support ticket and send us there more details on your setup and steps to reproduce the erroneous behavior.
