SpreadProcessing
Add "Rows to repeat at top" feature to RadSheetProcessing. This is found in the Page Layout Settings in Excel and takes  range.

We have this feature request logged in the Feedback Portal of the Document Processing Libraries, you could vote for it and track its status at the following link:

I'm setting the status of this item to "Declined" as this is the Feedback Portal of Progress Telerik Reporting product.

Here's what that Page Setup info  looks like in Excel 2016.

I want the exported xlsx file to have the Page Setup "Rows to repeat at top:" range set when the file is opened in Excel. I don't want the user to have to do that before printing.

Could you please provide more details on this feature request? Did you mean the Reporting product or RadSpreadProcessing library?
