Support HTML content in Report Viewer Tooltips
HTML content is currently displayed verbatim in Report Viewer Tooltips. Tooltips should work as kendo tooltips usually do, rendering HTML when detected.

The current implementation is providing out of the box tooltips functionality that is supported in multiple rendering extensions and the HTML5 one. Thus we don't support HTML for tooltips as Kendo. Still, you can handle your requirements as elaborated in the http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/reporting/details/styling-tooltips-in-html5-based-report-viewers
