put objects in PDF in order they appear in designer
As opposed to having to iterate through every entity in a report using send to front/back, how about just creating the PDF in the order in which the entities exist on the report? Ignore the order in which the entities were created - export them in the order they appear

In some scenarios, clients make items that overlap on purpose. Then it is important to follow the defined Z-order (the order in the parent container) when rendering the report so that the output is as seen in the designer. Even if we decide to output in the order of appearance, what should we accept as such order? The X of the items, the Y of the items, some combination of both?
Maybe a better solution would be to provide more visual design-time tools to see and change this Z-order. What do you think?
