Customize the standalone ReportDesigner

I need to customize the standalone Report Designer. I distribute it with my own product and I need to replace the title of the standalone ReportDesigner with my brand. 
For example DevExpress report designer allows that.

I would like to be able to customise the Paramters' area, so that the font and font size of the text may be adjusted, and importantly, to allow for the colour of the selected parameter values to be changed (for multi-value parameters) as the colour is too indistinct for people with less than perfect vision.
