Hi Rav,

In general, the idea of Telerik Reporting is to present data from various data sources in a customizable format for the purpose of previewing, printing, sharing and archiving.  So providing the option for data input in the generated PDF is not in correspondence with the reports' intended usage. Having this in mind, we consider this feature request as out of the scope of Reporting product and I've updated its status to "Declined".

example is creating a form inside PDF, where textboxes can be filled after the PDF has been generated by Telerik
