Remove requirement for Kendo UI javascript
As of the latest Reporting release the JavaScript size to download went from 61K to over 2MB. Our users work for charities and often have slow network connections. This is not an acceptable change for us.

The download size is now reasonable as Peter explained. We heavily rely on Kendo UI to provide report parameter input widgets, document map, interactivity. Thank you for your input!

In the latest releases we are providing Kendo JavaScript subset that is only 209 kB. You can find it in the installation folder.
