Standalone Designer: Allow a template to be loaded from an .exe:
The Standalone Designer allows a template to be loaded from a .NET dll. Add the ability to load a template from a .NET exe.

In the Standalone Report Designer Open menu item, you can either open an 'Telerik Report Files (*.tdrx)' or a '.NET Report Library (*.dll)'.

We have a small application containing only three reports and is complied into an exe.

We would like the option to be able to open a report from a '.NET Report Application (*.exe)' to be added to the filters available in the Open Report Dialog Box.
