Don't process datasources/expressions when item is not visible

Datasources of tables and expressions are processed even when the item is not visible. This can lead to performance problems. It should be possible to disable certain items to be processed. The most obvious way is that items are not processed, that are not visible anyway.

Hi Rick,

This is how it was made to work by design. And we can't change it now as this will be huge breaking change. It'll affect many of the current users. Also, a scenario that will immediately break is conditional formatting, where based on the data you decide to show or not to show something.
