Add DesignHeight to all controls (for seeing them even if real Height is 0)

Without code behind, with a conditional formating changing the Visibility, to avoid empty space in the final report, the control must have its Height put to 0. But then it isn't visible anymore in the designer.
With a DesignHeight, it could be still visible in the designer.
The other solution would be to be able to change the Height in conditional formating.

The CanShrink function should cover the need, as I submitted this a long time ago, when no shrink was available, as a quick work around.

I cannot test it now, as we are evaluating how our report should evolve, and therefore we may not use Telerik Reporting in the future.

Hi,
Another layer of Width/Height would bring extra complexity for the majority of the designer users, that do not use 0 Width/Height. Please describe/attach layout cases when you need such complex setup.
Also please check out the introduced http://docs.telerik.com/reporting/p-telerik-reporting-processing-reportsectionbase-canshrink will cover these scenarios.
