Parameters control

Create new parameters control (as same included in report viewer controls for WebUI, WinUI, ...); to provide the ability to gathering user values but without rendering the report.
It will help scheduling and background generation of reports.

Scheduled tasks ( http://docs.telerik.com/report-server/scheduled-tasks-management ) and Data alerts ( http://docs.telerik.com/report-server/data-alerts-management ) now support report parameters; You can also share a report using URL from the report preview page ( http://docs.telerik.com/report-server/reports-management/preview-report#query-string-report-parameters ).
