When might Telerik come out with a standalone reporting tool?

What do you mean by standalone reporting tool?
We already have a standalone report designer. You can find more information about it in the links below:

With it, you don't need Visual Studio for designing/building reports. Check it out and see if it's what you need. If not, tell us more about your use case and on how you imagine it.
