Date format
The date format of the report parameters is related to the culture, but the data source parameter is not.

These default values are stored as string values, and converted to the target value at later stage, when attempting to execute the query. What we can do is validation according to the current culture and conversion to the actual parameter type.

The dynamic parameter window is not following the culture of the report.
Resulting the format of the date is different between "Parameter default value" and "Parameter bar in preview mode".
