Allow report footer to be docked at the bottom of the report
Actually, the report footer displays right after the preceding content. It would be very useful to force it to the bottom of the page, just before page footer

The PrintAtBottom for the report footer won't work if there is nothing else in the page. 

This is useless. If PrintAtBottom is set to yes, it should print at the bottom event if it's the only thing that page!!!

I think actually make this feature can handle this problem:http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/162/Feedback/Details/147463-add-roll-paper-feature-to-telerik-reportingfor-thermal-printer

Because If can let thermal printer use it, which mean can set the dynamic height(reference with the content height).
