Ability to localize Standalone Report Designer created reports without the need of using custom functions.

I am happy to share that localization support for declarative report definition has been implemented in the latest release - R1 2019.

Thank you for your interest.
In our first release of 2019, we will enhance the declarative report definitions to support localization like the typed report definitions, so that one report definition can serve multilingual end users. For more information about what's coming in 2019, please check Telerik Reporting Roadmap for the upcoming releases.
