Remember custom pane sizing when opening Standalone Designer

It would be very useful if custom size and arrangement of the tool panes could be remembered by the Standalone Designer. 

In particular it would be useful for the property pane and it's popup windows (e.g. Graph Series Connection Editor)

Related, actual window size. It would also be nice for the report designer not to maximize itself again every time I open it, unless I left it maximized last time I closed it. You know, like pretty much every other program does.
