Using framework an execution of scenario when open, close and re-open again the browser - fails

A scenario where using the testing framework the active browser is opened then closed and re-opened again - does not execute as expected (reported in version 2017.3.1010).

This behavior in the framework has been fixed in the Chrome extension and it will be available with the upcoming service pack. When released, make sure your Chrome extension is upgraded.

Hi Nikolay, this issue is preventing us from testing scenerios in our app that open new windows from target="_blank" links. For us it is preventing us from testing critical pieces of our app.
