Web Report Designer Localization - missings for errors/warnings and tour

A lot of errors or warnings from Web Report Designer or Viewer are in English, please provide options to translate them.
Tour on start Web Report Designer cannot be translated as well.

Hi Mateusz,

Please, note that the Web Report Designer messages, items' properties names, and Onboarding text are already localizable. All these strings are taken from the resource file as explained in the article Web Report Designer Localization. You may find more details and the file itself in the article. Note that you may replace all the strings as required, or translate them into any language.

If there are any messages/names/etc. that you cannot find, please, specify so that we may include them.

For the above reason, I will decline this bug report.
