Reports lose localization information when modified and saved in the Web Report Designer

I have prepared and localized a report successfully in the Standalone Designer. When I opened and modified it in the Web Designer, it lost all localization information. The Localized property was also reset to False.

Hello Maria and all,

The Web report designer still does not support report definition localization. For that reason I have logged a dedicated feature request: Add report definition localization support in the Web report designer . Meantime we have issued a fix with the R3 2022 release that prevents overwriting a localized report by first issuing a warning upon opening and then on "Save" actually preventing any loss (you still may use the "Save as" command to save a non-localized copy of the report). That said, I realize the importance of localization support. Please vote for the dedicated feature request.
