Visual Studio 2022 cannot open reports in x86 mode

Visual Studio 2022 cannot open reports in x86 mode. The same project works correctly in VS 2019.

Hello Erik,

Visual Studio 2022 is unable to preview a report with a Platform target set to x86 due to the fact that, unlike Visual Studio 2019, Visual Studio 2022 is a 64-bit application. And, as explained in an official Microsoft Forum answer, mixing 32-bit and 64-bit assemblies in the same process is not allowed.

With this in mind, we will change the status of this Bug Report to Declined.
