Hi Dhiraj,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our product on Linux on Amazon. Is it possible to provide us with more information about the project setup? Also, have you tested the make sure you install it in your runtime and not in your dotnet build approach from Can't use System.Drawing.Common in microsoft/dotnet:runtime?

Hello Adam,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with our product. Some of our customers have reproduced the same problem which can be caused due to different reasons. You may test some of the following suggestions:

- If you running the application in Linux or docker, you can test the following approach make sure you install it in your runtime and not in your dotnet build from Can't use System.Drawing.Common in microsoft/dotnet:runtime.

- Make sure that all Telerik Reporting NuGet packages and references are from the same version.

- Attach a Trace Listener to get the entire exception - Troubleshooting reporting implementation into ASP.NET Core application. Please, send us the generated trace log for a local investigation.

I noticed that the same topic was discussed in support ticket #1502666. For that reason, I would suggest keeping our communication there until we find the root of the issue and the solution.
