Table of Context Page Number Format

Normally table's of context are formatted with roman numerals. Based on the responses in the forum, only Arabic numbers are allowed. Request the ability to change the formatting of the rule numbers and restart the page numbering after the TOC.

Thank you for your input. I set the status of the request to Unplanned and voted for it on your behalf. As soon as there any update, you will get a notification. I also created a separate feature request for restarting the page numbering after the TOC.
