Add Document Map feature for Word rendering format

As for now, from the supported rendering extensions, only the PDF renders a document map as Bookmarks pane. All other rendering extensions ignore document maps.

It would be nice to have Document Map in Word documents too.

Yes it would be nice, the odd thing is, if you are defining BookmarkIds in the Report Designer and export to a Word document in the preview of the Report designer it already works! Only in the rendering engine the feature seems to be missing.
