Add CanShrink for report page sections
Provide CanShrink property to report page sections so they can change their size dynamically depending on their contents. It will be very useful in scenarios where items in the page section are hidden conditionally and page sections needs to resize, allowing the detail section to use the available space.

Hi, This is a really tricky scenario.  And since we implemented collapsing of PageSections, we have received client cases following into it: Basically, you collapse page sections (or will eventually shrink) page sections based on either of these things - 
1. Page number (even, odd, etc.)
2. Is it First page / Last page
3. Data presented on the page (Utilize the PageExec function).
The cases 2 and 3 might introduce the chicken and egg problem, i.e., Collapsing a page section, because the current page is not last, may turn the page into the last page; collapsing a page, because the sum of a particular TextBox is less than X might make that sum greater than X.

Having that in mind, this is a valid feature request for some scenarios.
