WordsProcessing: The table styles are not imported correctly from HTML & Font is not in proper case

The table styles are not imported correctly from HTML. The back color is not respected. The column width is incorrect. The font size is different.

Font is not in proper case- All the cases are in lower case

I would like to note that this item is duplicated (as its status indicated). Make sure that you cast your vote to the correct item:

The more votes an item gather, the higher its priority becomes. I have escalated this bug report to our developers and it will be discussed during our next planning iteration.

Hi team, we are using Telerik library to create password protected pdf from html pages. We had an issue with the pdf formatting and border issue, and it was reported and conveyed to you through ticket. We received response from you to replace all the windowtext to red and make the content lower case. It resolved our formatting and border issue, but all the letters are now getting displayed in lower case. We need you to extend your help to resolve this issue as to maintain the case of the letters from html pages as it is.

Hello Arvind,

Please let me know if I am missing something but conducting a meeting or a call is only included in the Ultimate Support Plan and from what I can see you currently have a DevCraft Complete license. However, we would like to help in any way possible which is why I would like to let you know of an alternative you might be interested in.

I can see that you have also addressed the already logged-in task - WordsProcessing: The table styles are not imported correctly from HTML and I have addressed your question there as well. As I have mentioned in that thread there are currently no plans to start resolving the issue and I cannot commit to a timeframe as I don't want to provide you with any false details.

I understand how resolving this issue is important to you and how it might be affecting you but as Dimitar said, our system automatically prioritizes all tasks based on various factors like complexity and demand. We try our best to resolve them all as fast as possible but some get less attention than others such as this one.

That said, I will pass this case along with our conversation down to the development team for discussion to see if anything can be done but I cannot make any promises.

If you have any additional feedback or questions, I remain at your disposal.

Hi Telerik Team,

I am from Arvind's Team. We have procured Telerik license.

Problem statement: In our application, we are creating password protected PDF from HTML text using telerik controls. PDFs are generating but it is not following CSS style sheets in generated PDF.

When we contacted Telerik support team (Name- Mr. Dimitar) in past, he said it's an existing bug in telerik and asked use to convert all html text to lower case and give red border to the table.

Its already 7 months but we dont see update on this bug from Telerik. Please check below old bug for more details,

Could you please provide the fix on high priority as our business is impacting because of this.
