PdfProcessing: SkiaImageFormatProvider: JPX alpha+MCT images fail during export to image
Image export throws IndexOutOfRangeException decoding JPX images with embedded alpha and MCT;
Adobe renders same PDF. Decode and export correctly, preserving pixels and alpha.
