Thanks for the clear feedback and for explaining the impact.

The StackOverflowException you are seeing is part of a recently reported bug. Our development team is already aware of it and is currently reviewing it.

We use a Feedback Portal system where reported issues are prioritized based on several factors like customer demand, technical complexity, available engineering capacity, and overall product impact. Because of this, some issues move faster than others. That said, we are working to resolve all customer requests as quickly as possible.

I can assure you know that we are treating it with appropriate priority within our current process. If you are interested in this task, please know that you can subscribe to it so you can be notified of potential status changes in the future.

This is the kind of bug that if not solved rather quickly will make you look for another provider for document processing.
This exception cannot generally be caught with a try catch, so this is a critical issue as you cannot handle it gracefully.
