I gather this is the same issue I am facing, basically when I try to import a PDF Acroform with fields I get a KeyNotFoundException. I am desperately awaiting a fix for this commercially as I have a version to be developed, tested and released by early December which relies on reading and processing AcroForms. I would greatly appreciate this being resolved, if indeed it is the same problem I have. If this is unlikely to make November's Q4 release please contact me directly via my case reference : 1700839 -- The given key was not present in the dictionary when importing a PDF via PdfFormatProvider.Import
